Receivers

Receivers are the ingestion mechanism for the OpenCensus Service. The OpenCensus Service acts as a translator receiving observability data from applications and sending it desired backends.

Receivers include the following:

• OpenCensus
• Jaeger
• Prometheus
• Zipkin
